Convolutional sparse representation and dictionary learning: with applications to image processing

Mathematical image processing: focusing on variational methods and low-rank representation

Finite element stabilization techniques: for solving convection-dominated equations, incompressible Navier-Stokes equations, Maxwell's equations, and incompressible MHD equations

Computational methods for simulating the dynamics of fluid-structure interaction problems

Collective dynamics in complex networks: mathematical models for swarming/flocking, network synchronizability analysis, and epidemic spreading in complex heterogeneous networks
